1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpinWin at mciraffle.base44.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SpinWin is a rewards and event engagement platform that provides:
- A gamified spin wheel for winning coupons and prizes.
- A coupon marketplace where users can purchase additional spins.
- A token system for purchasing spins and paying redemption fees.
- Official voting for pageant events (e.g., Miss China International NY).
- A merchant QR scanner for coupon redemption.
- A community blog for sharing wins, tips, and strategies.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
4. Tokens and Purchases
- Token packages are available for purchase via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
- Tokens are a virtual currency with no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Tokens can be used to purchase extra spins (200 tokens per spin) and to pay merchant redemption fees after 100 free redemptions.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information.
5. Spin Wheel and Prizes
- Each user receives one free spin per renewal period (Monday and Friday at midnight local time).
- Special event periods may grant additional bonus spins.
- Prize availability is limited by the max_quantity set for each coupon. If a prize runs out, your spin will not be consumed.
- Spin outcomes are determined by weighted probabilities. Prizes with custom spin weights have higher chances; others share remaining probability equally.
- Spin results are final and cannot be reversed.
6. Coupons and Redemptions
- Won coupons are added to your wallet and expire 30 days after claiming if not redeemed.
- Each coupon has a unique QR code that merchants scan for redemption.
- Coupons can only be redeemed at the address specified on the coupon.
- Each coupon can only be redeemed once. Attempting to reuse a redeemed coupon is prohibited.
- Merchants are responsible for verifying coupon validity before honoring the discount or gift.
7. Voting
Each user may cast one vote per voting event. Voting results are used for the official pageant competition and are final. Attempting to manipulate votes through multiple accounts or other means is prohibited and may result in disqualification and account termination.
8. User Roles
The platform supports three user roles:
- User: can spin, claim coupons, purchase tokens, and vote.
- Merchant: can scan and redeem coupons, submit coupon requests, and view redemption analytics.
- Admin: has full access to manage coupons, users, contestants, votes, and platform analytics.
Roles are assigned by the platform administrators and may be changed at any time.
9. Merchant Coupon Submissions
Merchants may submit coupon requests for admin approval. Submitted coupons must accurately represent the business and the offer. The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any submission at its discretion.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to gain extra spins, votes, or coupons.
- Attempt to manipulate spin outcomes or token balances.
- Redeem coupons that do not belong to you or that have already been redeemed.
- Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the platform's services.
11. Community Blog
Users may post content to the community blog. You retain ownership of your content but grant the platform a license to display it. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe on others' rights. The platform may remove content that violates these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prizes will always be available, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be error-free. Prizes are subject to availability and may run out.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for tokens in the preceding 30 days.
14. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time through the platform's support channels.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
